The sri lanka government claims that they have killed the ltte chief Prabhakaran. They have shot him down along with two of his aides by their special combat team.
They are airing visuals of the dead body of Prabhakaran.
I think that they have captured him on saturday itself and they were waiting for the announcement of the elections results in india.
